Kimberley Walsh criticised Kanye West’s diamond teeth
Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh has criticised Kanye West's decision to replace the bottom row of his teeth with diamonds.
The hip-hop star showed off his new diamond dentures on US television earlier this month, but Walsh said in her column for gossip magazine OK! that she does not like the new look, Contact Music reports.
"I seriously think he's probably run out of things to spend his money on," she wrote, adding that she would be "walking around wearing a gum shield" if she had swapped her teeth for the precious stones.
"Personally I don't like how it looks either," she added.
West revealed his new look on Ellen DeGeneres show, saying he made the move because the diamonds were cooler.
He also refuted suggestions the look was achieved through the use of artificial fronts, posting a message on social networking site twitter with a picture of the teeth and stating: "These are real diamonds."
