Nadine Coyle was sporting her new diamond ring on a trip to Manchester to do a radio interview.

Newly-engaged Nadine Coyle showed off her diamond ring as she made an appearance in Manchester with new fiance Jason Bell.

The Girls Aloud star and the American football player were greeted by fans as she arrived at a local radio station to conduct an interview, the Daily Mail reports.

Her diamond engagement ring could clearly be seen on her finger as she signed autographs outside the building.

Later she welcomed the support on her Twitter page, posting "thanks to all the fans who came to meet me!"

Bell gave her the engagement ring in a surprise proposal recently and Coyle confirmed the two will be heading down the aisle in an interview on Radio 1 earlier this week.

Peaches Geldof recently sparked rumours she too may be tying the knot after she was seen wearing a diamond ring on her engagement finger.

However, her spokesperson denied she will be marrying film director boyfriend Eli Roth.

Geldof was spotted with the diamond jewellery while having dinner with her other half to celebrate their six-month anniversary.

Fearne Cotton is to head down the aisle after she accepted an engagement ring from her boyfriend Jesse Jenkins.

The Radio 1 DJ agreed to marriage after the US skateboarder proposed to her on her 29th birthday.

They have yet to make an official announcement regarding making their on-off relationship official, but Cotton dropped a hint when she posted a message on Twitter saying: "Having the BEST day full of surprises!!"

A friend was quoted by the Mirror as saying "they know they were meant to be together. Jesse is smitten".

Also rumoured to be getting married is Peaches Geldof, who was recently seen wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger while eating dinner with her boyfriend, the film director Eli Roth.

The couple were out in London to celebrate their six-month anniversary and the premiere of Roth's new film, however, her spokesperson dismissed the suggestions, insisting they are "100 per cent not engaged".

Another model who has recently denied rumours she is getting married is Australian Chayenne Tozzi, who was recently seen wearing a diamond ring on her engagement finger.

However, she told Sydney newspaper the Daily Telegraph her and Maggio Cipriani have no plans to head down the aisle together.
