We make a nominal charge for sizing a ring after sale.

We would like to stress that platinum is a beautiful material but very difficult to work with and the expensive laser equipment required for a perfect finish is NOT part of your average jewellery workshop. We do have that equipment and urge you to allow us to provide this after sales service which usually takes between 3 and 7 working days. REMEMBER: YOUR GUARANTEE IS INVALIDATED IF YOU ALLOW A THIRD PARTY TO WORK ON THE PIECE THAT WE HAVE MADE FOR YOU.
