Returns
We are the manufacturer of 99% of what we sell. If you need it a little higher, a little lower, rounder squarer, a different setting then this simple 'tweaks' are simple, quick and easy to do.
Prices
We ensure that the price of all goods and services we are offering are clear and easily found. We show the actual price clearly. There are no hidden extras, such as taxes, packaging or delivery. At time of order, we will confirm the actual price you will pay. If the nature of the transaction means that we may have to change the price between accepting your order and delivery, we will automatically give you the option to cancel your order and get your money back. In the event of human error or malfunction in the technology, the prices on the site do not commit us to sale.

Delivery
The anticipated delivery date stated in your confirmation e-mail is confirmed.
Delays are rare, do check our testimonials, HOWEVER this is an anticipated date and subject to the usual caveats. DiamondGeezer.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to postal, custom and shipping delays, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, flood, snow, material failure, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and given circumstances outside its reasonable control DiamondGeezer.com shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations. If the delay persists for such time as DiamondGeezer.com considers unreasonable, it may, without liability on its part, terminate the contract and refund any monies paid.
Fear not you will be kept informed at every stage along the way and phoned if there is any risk that the stated delivery date could be compromised.

We set out the terms and conditions of our contracts clearly and in plain English. They are easily found all over the site and we email you a confirmation order. Our terms DO NOT affect the consumers' statutory rights.

The first resizing, that's +/- 3 sizes, is FREE OF CHARGE (up to 30 days from date of delivery) save for £11 to cover the return postage/insurance to you. Rings with stones set all-the-way-around may require extra attention, stones, metal or even in some cases require complete re-engineering and may therefore be excluded from this offer, we'll consult you if this is the case. Sizing a plain band ring is such a simple process and if executed correctly does not harm or effect the ring in any way. The craftsman who made your ring will carry out the sizing.

- NOTE: ROYAL MAIL cover up to £2,500 items valued at over that will need to be covered by your own insurance or we can organise insurance for you, please call us for further details.
We would like to stress that platinum is a beautiful material but very difficult to work with and the expensive laser equipment required for a perfect finish is NOT part of your average jewellery workshop. We do have that equipment and urge you to allow us to provide this after sales service which usually takes between 1 and 3 working days.

Changes and Modifications
We are happy to accommodate tweaks and simple modifications without further charge for the first hour of labour. Most required changes can be executed within an hour. We obviously do require payment for any extra metal, diamonds or other materials required to meet the client's needs. We do charge a nominal £11 charge to cover insurance and postage back to you. Most required changes can be executed within an hour and we charge £75 per hour after that. [This concession is available for 14 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed and arranged] Should the recipient not like the ring or jewellery, then we are happy to re mount the diamond in a design of their choice from our vast range, without charge for labour. We obviously do require payment for any extra metal, diamonds or other materials required to meet the client's needs. We also have the very latest CAD-CAM facilities and 3 jewellery designers on our team. A nominal £11 charge to cover insurance and postage back to you. [Available for 14 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed]
Refunds
We provide the option of a full refund, within 7 days working days starting the day after delivery, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. This excludes items with any element of personalization, e.g. rings designed by clients or any third party, engraving etc. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, usually immediately on receipt of the returned goods, in the condition sold and with ALL the documentation provided and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. Refunds will only be made by the original method of payment.
Guarantees
We stand by our products and will correct any manufacturing defaults during the first 12 months. Your guarantee is invalidated if you allow a third party to work on the piece that we have made for you. Please read our Care of Diamond Jewellery feature.
Note: Guarantees v Insurance Claims
Diamonds DO NOT fall out, they have to be compromised in wear to dislodge them. Difficult to accept, especially if you are suddenly mising a diamond, but as once said, the case can be simply proved:
Place a diamond ring on a table, don't move until the diamond falls out. Please ensure that you insure your diamond jewellery and rings.

Receipts, bills and settlement mistakes
We will provide a receipt with the goods. We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.

We will deal with complaints effectively. Our system for handling complaints is:

Solving disputes
We will provide details about any procedure for solving disputes we belong to. We will provide details of any Ombudsman scheme or regulator which we belong to. We are governed by UK law.

Cancellation Rights
Unless the law permits otherwise, [e.g. bespoke or personalised items] you (the consumer) have the right to cancel your order within seven working days without giving a reason. The seven days begins starting the day after delivery, you pay the cost of returning the goods. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel we will return their money within 30 days.
